Full details for our French Riviera rental apartment in Nice are included in our terms and conditions attached to our rental contract. This is available on receipt of enquiries.
These include;
30% non refundable deposit is required within five days of making the holiday rental booking. The remainder of the payment is due 42 before arrival.
€200 security deposit, paid on arrival, returned on departure subject to satisfactory inspection.

Apartment bookings made within four weeks of arrival require 100% of payment upon booking. . €40 charge per additional person per week for groups of more than two people.
Bed linen and towels are included in these rates.
Extra towels, bed linen and mid stay cleaning can be provided for an additional charge.
Paypal option available.
Prices for Christmas, Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix on request
Long weekend breaks may be available. Change over days are generally flexible.
Stays for 3-7 nights will be considered.
